James Dennis Molloy

Dennis Molloy’s career spans more than 30 years of legal and practical experience in the graphic arts industry and he has been representing large and small companies, trade associations, and historical societies in a range of labor, employment, insurance and reinsurance law issues and offshore corporations formation and insurance law.

Mr. Molloy was educated at Mount Saint Mary’s University and Antioch School of Law. He is admitted to the bars of Washington, DC and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Molloy is the managing partner of Hanson & Molloy, a Washington, D.C. law firm. Founded in 1932, the Hanson firm was led by Arthur B. "Tim" Hanson (Maj. Gen. USMCR) who acted as general counsel to numerous national non-profit organizations. Mr. Hanson also founded several insurance companies in Bermuda which continue to insure risks for members of U.S. trade associations and for U.S. corporations.

Isabelle Puleo Yerger is an Associate and focuses on corporate law, insurance, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, employment and commercial law.
